Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The book received is physically damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has major printing defects or missing pages.
To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen/display settings.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
- Slight packaging wear that does not affect the book itself.
- Digital products, downloadable material, or eBooks
3. Replacement Process
If your request is approved:
- A replacement copy will be dispatched at no additional cost.
- In some cases, customers may be requested to return the damaged or incorrect item.
- Replacement dispatch timelines may vary depending on stock availability and shipping location.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
